Gatineau Home Deliveries

Home deliveries are available everyday by following our shopping online guidelines. Here are a few things to consider before placing your order:

• We bake fresh and to order everyday, and for that reason we require all online bookings to be sent to us by 10am for 72 hours notice (3 days). So for example, if you are booking for a Saturday please make sure to book by 10am the Wednesday before or anytime before Wednesday.

• You can also plan ahead and book for any date after 72 hours (at check out you will have a box to fill in with the date). 

• There is no minimum order for collection at our Summertown shop, Bakers' Yard in Kidlington or for home delivery; however, a delivery fee of £6.50 applies to all home delivery orders.

• Our delivery zone is 6.5 km radius from our Summertown Shop.

• We deliver early morning, usually between 8am and 10am. Your order will be delivered within this time, unfortunately we cannot guarantee an specific time.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 5pm and Sundays 8am to 4pm.

For orders that are more than 10 days ahead, please enter your chosen date on the box provided at checkout in the customer details section.

Our deliveries are done early mornings between 8am and 10am. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery as this is dependent on traffic, volume of deliveries and delivery area. Our deliveries are done by our Gatineau drivers or by Velocity Cycle Couriers.

Important information:

• There is no minimum order but a delivery fee of £6.50 applies to all home delivery orders.

• Our delivery zone is 6.5 km radius from our Summertown Shop.

If you would like a delivery outside of the radius area please get in touch with your postcode via email (shop@gatineau.uk.com) so we can check if a delivery might be possible. Normally this will require a minimum order of £100 and a delivery fee will be applied per mileage.
