Our Sourdough Bread is crafted with 100% French wheat flour, small quantities of spelt, Khorasan, buckwheat, rye, toasted barley and malted wheat flours together, and our homemade sourdough starter. Unlike regular bread, sourdough undergoes a natural fermentation process with wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, which creates a unique tangy flavor, chewy texture, and better digestibility. This traditional method ensures a richer taste and improved shelf life, making each slice a true delight.
