Our Sourdough with Roasted Seeds is made of 100% French wheat flour and small quantities of spelt, Khorasan, buckwheat, rye, toasted barley and malted wheat flours, combined with a blend of roasted mixed seeds: sesame, brown linseeds, yellow linseed, hulled millet, and blue poppy seeds. Crafted with our homemade sourdough starter, this bread offers a hearty texture and nutty flavor, enhanced by the delightful crunch of roasted seeds. Perfectly balanced with a tangy sourdough profile, it’s a nourishing and flavorful choice.
