Dating back to 1868 the vineyards are well situated on a deep gravel hill creating wines of finesse. There is plenty of fresh grapefruit on the nose and an exotic fruit flavour. A light bodied, dry white wine made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes that give lemon, lime, green apple and pear flavours. Drink as an aperitif or pair with a Gatineau apple or pear tart. Also perfect with seafood and classically paired with oysters.

Aromas of white flowers followed by nuances of black currant buds, pineapples and white peaches finishing on clean mineral notes. A full, rich wine. Ideal with seafood, fish and poultry dishes.
Cuvee Les Fenouils, Domaine de Jale 2020, Rose: Cote de Provence (750ml) £16.00
Pretty pale pink melon colour with an intense floral nose with notes of iris, peach and light grapefruit. A fine and fresh palate combines tenderness and acidity with a long floral finish. Ideal as an aperitif but pairs well with gravlax, salads, vegetarian dishes, grilled fish and seafood as well as exotic fruit salads.
