Croquembouche
A stunning and traditional French creation, the croquembouche has long been a centrepiece at weddings, baptisms, and other grand celebrations. This impressive tower of caramel-glazed profiteroles, bound together with golden caramel, is crafted without a cone and rests on a nougatine base. Each choux is filled with luxurious crème patissière—available in vanilla, chocolate, caramel, or a combination of flavours. The croquembouche is not just a dessert, but a show-stopping spectacle, perfect for adding an elegant touch to any special occasion.
Patisserie Cakes
